How Often Should You change Your Air Conditioner Filter

Every home is separate and there are many factors that supervene how long you should wait in the middle of filter changes. Wait too long and the efficiency of the tool will deteriorate and operating costs go up. turn your filter too often and it's like throwing money away. considering the cost of some filters that could add up to a lot of money over time.

It is leading to keep in mind that the more efficient your air conditioner filter is the more often it will have to be cleaned or replaced. For most habitancy pleated filters will do an enough job. These filters are ten to sixty percent efficient and some manufacturers claim even higher efficiencies.

Pleated filters should be changed every three to six months. If you live in an area with lots of dust then you should probably turn your filter about every three months.

If you need more efficient air filtration you may want an electrostatic, electronic or even a Hepa filter. The more efficient the filter is the more often it will have to be cleaned or replaced.

Electrostatic filters probably offer the best mixture of value and efficiency. You will pay in the middle of two to six times what a good capability disposable filter would cost but you just wash them with water when they become dirty and reuse them.

Electronic filters will never become dirty enough to supervene airflow. They just become inefficient and there capability to take off dust from the air deteriorates as they become dirty. To clean these filters you have to take off the electronic cells and soak them in some like Hvac cleaner and then rinse them and let them dry.

Hepa filters are the most efficient filters available and become plugged very quickly. They need to be checked monthly and often cause too much restriction to airflow to be used at all. An air conditioner undertaker of a package deal will be able to tell you if it is worth trying one of these in your system.

If you are using cheaper panel filters from your local hardware store and getting a pack of four for five or ten dollars, you are not doing yourself, your house or your air conditioning tool any favours. When it comes to rating filters, these are at the bottom of the list.

These filters do such a poor job you could leave one in your air conditioner for a year and it would not fetch enough dust to need changing. The unfortunate thing is the evaporator coil of your air conditioner would need to be cleaned every year to take off the dirt that should have been stopped by the filter.

How To Stop Your Air Conditioner From frosty Up

My air conditioner is frosty up approximately daily. I've tried resetting the climatic characteristic and nothing seems to work. What would you recommend I to to stop my air conditioner from freezing?

Solution:

There are some factors that could be the cause. The four main reasons for air conditioner freeze ups:

Refrigerant charge

Outdoor temperature

Insufficient air flow

Defective blower

You may have a low refrigerant charge which can cause the air conditioner to freeze up. The law needs to be charged correctly to enable it to work properly. You may have a leak in the refrigerant lines.

If the lines have been vibrating or rubbing other parts or objects the conflict could cause a leak. In increasing if there are loose fittings or weak solder joints it could be leaking from those areas. If you've considered the refrigerant lines are not leaking than it may just need to be recharged. If you don't know how to recharge it you may need to feel a service technician.

In temperatures under 60 degrees outdoor air conditioning units tend not to function as well. When the climatic characteristic drops the law begins to not function properly and freeze ups can occur. The simplest method is to not use your unit when the climatic characteristic cools down and open your windows or doors. If that's not a option you will probably need to have a ambient climatic characteristic operate installed in your system.

The evaporator coils will come to be dirty over time. A dirty filter restricts the air flow development it lose air flow and ultimately it becomes so slow that it freezes up, or at best, not cooling as well as it should. This results in dirty coils that will need to be cleaned. Depending on your air conditioner you may have to take off the coils to clean them. You should replace the Ac filter yearly. For central air conditioning units an additional one qoute that occurs is when you have duct work that is undersized causing the unit to freeze up. If you feel that may be the qoute you'll need to consult a professional. Try replacing the filter first and it may do the trick.
Air conditioner freeze ups can occur when the blower is not running at the required speed and may need to be replaced.

These are the main reasons why air conditioners freeze up. If you're lucky it may just be a dirty filter which you should be able to replace yourself.

The first questions you should ask are regarding contractor certification, qualifications, and insurance. These are basic necessities to ensure you will be hiring a legitimate enterprise with employees that know what they're doing. You can also ask about their aid guarantees, product guarantees, and maintenance costs. One of the most leading factors in hiring a definite Ac mend enterprise is whether or not their contractors get paid commission on the products they sell. If a contractor is being paid on commission they will have much more of an incentive to sell you a new expensive air conditioning unit instead of naturally fixing a small reasonable qoute with your current air conditioner.

The same principle can be applied to how big of an air conditioning unit they will effort to sell you. Homes and businesses need only so much power (measured in Btus) from their air conditioners. If a principles is larger than your home or enterprise requires, the air conditioner will not only be inefficient in power usage but it will also not be able to fully condition the air indoors. When it comes to air conditioners, a bigger appliance than you for real need is never better. An over powered air conditioner will short cycle, which means that it will run for shorter amounts of time than it for real should. In expanding to this, the unit will not be able to run long adequate to properly take off humidity from the air. A important number of heat indoors can be attributed to humidity, so the dismissal of humidity indoors is for real vital to the space feeling cool. A dependable Ac mend enterprise will be willing to give you a sizing calculation, which relies on the indoor temperature, outdoor temperature, and size of the construction you will be cooling. Giving you an estimate on what Btu capacity is needed to cool your living or working space can save you thousands of dollars in wasted power over the lifetime of your air conditioner. This is just one example of why it's leading to find an Ac mend enterprise that you feel is trustworthy and deserves to do enterprise with you.

Sales Letter Example That Sells

Sales Letter Example That Sells

Sales Letter Example That Sells, No Matter The Industry

A sales letter is the page designed to sell your product. You can have a astounding product, but you won't earn a nickel if your sales letter lacks sizzle.

Your sales letter should grab a visitor's attention, prove you furnish a solution, take off risk, state a call to action, and hopefully (if done well) create a sale.

Here is an example of how we write a sales letter...

All great sales letters comprise the following:
1. Catchy Headers and Subheaders
2. Unique Selling Proposition
3. Stated stock Benefits
4. Testimonials
5. Special Offers
6. Digital Covers
7. Video Demos
8. Exceptional Guarantees
9. Trust building Techniques
10. Bonuses
11. Follow-Ups
12. P.S.

Catchy Headers and Subheaders

Your main header, also referred to as a H1 tag, can:
o Target a pain point. "Are You Losing Your Hair?"
o Highlight a benefit. "Now You Can Re-grow Your Hair... Without Chemicals!"
o Invoke curiosity. "Can Broccoli forestall Hair Loss?"
o Include keywords.

Your subheaders will consequent the same format as your header. These two work best when they assault the reader from two different angles. Your headline could invoke curiosity, while the sub-headline makes a bold claim like this "Now You Can Re-grow Your Hair... Without Chemicals!"

Example Headlines for a Sales Letter
o Who Else Wants _______?
o The private of _________
o Here's How You Can (benefit) Without (problem)...
o Little Known Ways to _____________
o Get Rid of ________________ Once And For All!
o Warning: This Letter Is For Serious __________ Only.
o Are You Still Suffering From _________?
o Are You making These Same Mistakes?
o At Last! The (credibility indicator like "Bestselling" or "As seen on Oprah") law That Is Revolutionizing ___________
o Save Yourself 30% on _________ By Following This uncomplicated Steps
o How I Went From (loser) to (winner) in Just 2 Weeks!
o How To (Cook Thai Food) Like The (Locals)
o 56 Ways ____________Saves You Time, Work and Money

Highlight Your Unique Selling Proposition

This is where you subtly demonstrate to your reader that your competition sucks. To do this, seek your competitor's sales letters, noting the benefits they offer- and more importantly, those they lack. Even if the two of you are selling the same product, you can position your offer in very different ways. Are they offering a money back guarantee? Do they fail to cover a exact topic that your construe in detail? seek your competitor's weaknesses and demonstrate them to your prospects... Chances are, your prospects will shop around before committing, and it pays to plant the seeds of doubt in their minds about your competitors. Remember that subtlety is the key; you don't want to smear yourself as well!

Focus on Benefits, Not Features

Don't rattle off the features of your product; construe to your expectation how they will advantage from it. For example, if you're selling air conditioners, people aren't interested in the features (e.g. Voltage, wattage, what type of plastic it's made of, etc.) they want to keep cool during summer!

To ensure you're listing benefits instead of features, ask yourself "How does this feature help my prospect?" List your features, then add the word "which" after it: whatever follows is a benefit. For example:
o Low power requirements, which lowers your vigor bill.
o New polymer plastic casing, which cools your house faster than original models.
o Timer setting, which saves you the hassle of getting up in the middle of the night to turn it off.

I've heard this phrase so many times I approximately present it in my sleep, and yet, so many people forget this uncomplicated law of copywriting. Bullet points tend to work best in sales letters, as they are easily scanned by readers. Keep in mind that your prospects aren't interested in every single advantage your stock offers, just the ones that apply to them. By listing off dozens of benefits, you are expanding the likelihood your prospects will come over one or two main benefits they are most interested in, and buy your product.

Include Testimonials

My wife and I were on Ko Phi Phi Island in Thailand (where the movie "The Beach" was filmed) getting ready to grab a bite. While finding at a map, a combine of guys came up to us and recommended a cafeteria saying, "This is the best cafeteria we've been to on the island. You should check it out."

Guess where we went for dinner?

We didn't personally know these guys, yet we trusted them. This demonstrates what is known as group proof - people making decisions based on person else's experience. If you're interested in something and you see that it has worked for others, you are more likely to trust them and-case in point- buy it. Testimonials are a great way to demonstrate group proof to your prospects; they can see for themselves that your stock works and provides value to real people without you forcing it down there throats. Rather than singing your own praises, why not let your satisfied customers do it for you?

Here's two ways to fetch testimonials:

1. When you're first testing your stock (that is, the stock you haven't created yet) ask people you know personally if they can furnish testimonials citing your expertise in a exact area applicable to your product.
2. Once you create and sell your product, consequent up with the customer via email and ask for a testimonial. Here's what I use:

Dear ,
Thanks for taking our free course on . Many others have written to tell us how this course has helped , and I sincerely hope you feel the same way.
I'd like to ask a favor. We're always trying to enhance our course, and would greatly appreciate your feedback. If it's Ok with you, please take a occasion and jot down your thoughts in the box below. I promise not to comprise any personal facts other than your name and city.
Feel free to say whatever you feel. If you have some ideas on how to enhance our course, we're all ears.
Thanks , and I hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards,

Testimonial Box
I understand that has the right to use these comments in their marketing material. I also understand will Not use any personal facts with the irregularity of my name and city.

Comments:

Make sure to comprise a personal email address you check oftentimes in order to stay on top of testimonials as they come in.

Some people recommend offering an incentive in change for a testimonial such as a free report, though I've never had any issue securing them with this form. Besides, if your free course isn't good enough to warrant praise, you probably need to consider your stock offer.

As the testimonials start to roll in, put them on your sales page as examples your stock works!

People Don't Buy Products... They Buy Offers

You may have the single many stock in the history of humanity, guaranteed to cure a wide range of ailments, train your dog to stop barking and open world peace, but without compiling it into a dynamite offer your stock will fall flatter than a soufflé in a snowstorm.

Think of it this way: when you go to a fine dining restaurant, you're not just paying for the flavor of the food; you're also paying for the presentation. Your offer is the presentation; if your prospects don't like the presentation they won't even try your product. This is why creating a solid offer is imperative for your system's success.

So what makes a good offer? Here are the key components you of a dynamite offer:

Have quality Digital Cover

If you're creating an facts stock that includes any downloadable Cds, create a expert finding digital Cd cover for each disc. If you have an e-book or extra report, create covers for those as well. Be sure to comprise screenshots of the content as well, which should be expertly formatted.

Include Video Demos

Videos are a great tool for marketing your stock and should be used where possible- I've used video demos for any products with great success. The process is simple: use Camtasia to narrative you demonstrating your stock while explaining its benefits, then upload the video to YouTube and embed the code they give you onto your website. We'll talk about video marketing more in a bit.

Offer an Exceptional Guarantee

The main function of a warrant is to take off all risk for your prospect. You want to make a warrant so strong they'd feel like a fool for not buying your product. For example, you could offer a 60 day money back guarantee, and allow them to keep all the bonuses even if they rule to cancel. Another method is to allow your expectation to download your stock for one dollar, and then charge their reputation card the remainder seven days later if they don't cancel.

Build Trust

When I receive emails from people request me "Is this for real?" I know it's time to build a higher level of trust with our prospects. Be sure to comprise links to your privacy policy, taste facts and a brief bio about yourself.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy course should go something like this:

: Privacy Policy

is committed to protecting the privacy and security of individuals that have contacted us. It is with that purpose in mind that we have formed our privacy guarantee. We perceive that the concerns you bring to us are extremely personal in nature. We assure you that all facts shared will be managed within legal and ethical considerations.

Security of Information

We restrict way to personal facts to employees who have a exact company purpose in utilizing your data. Our employees are trained in the significance of maintaining confidentiality and member privacy.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that our records comprise accurate information. If there are any changes to your taste facts (e.g. Phone number, email, etc.), please email . We will instantly make any vital changes to modernize your records.

Changes to Our Guarantee

We keep the right to revise our privacy warrant as our company needs convert or as the law requires. If we revise our policy, we will furnish you with the new course at that time.

Web Links to Other Web Sites

Links to third party sites may be available from 'http://www.yourwebsite.com'. Sites covering the 'http://www.yourwebsite.com' domain are Not maintained by and is Not responsible for the content or availability of connected sites. Recommended links are Not an endorsement or warrant of other sites or organizations and are simply provided for reference. The privacy and security policies of connected sites likely differ from and users are encouraged to present the privacy and security policies of these sites.

Contact Information

Buy a P.O. Box at your local post office and use that as your mailing address. Forty bucks a year provides peace of mind; you don't want your home address advertised to hundreds of thousands of people, right?

It's always best to comprise a phone number as well. You can leave your personal number, or get a redirect line straight through Skype or Vonage. If you receive lot of calls, consider signing up with a call center that will take messages and accept payments (there's a list of them at the end of this book).

Bio

Including a bio is a great opportunity for you to sell yourself and build trust among readers, many of whom want to know a minuscule about a person before doing company with them. Bios typically comprise the following elements:

o Educational Background
o Professional Background
o Experience with Current Business/Product
o Special Achievements
o Personal facts (e.g. City of abode and family information)
o Picture

All of these are fully elective and depend on your comfort level with sharing facts online. Internet. There is a fine line between highlighting your knowledge, skills, and achievements and arrival off as a blowhard. Remember: the point is to build trust, hopefully to the point of getting a sale.

Offer Bonuses

Once you've demonstrated your stock provides value and removed risk with a strong guarantee, push your prospects off the fence with a few value packed bonuses. The bonus is all about perceived value; many people in fact buy products for the bonuses themselves! If you're offering an e-book on Cajun cooking, offer a video that demonstrates how to make roux, and any other Cajun sauces. How about recipes for cocktails that are famed in the South? A list of the best restaurants in New Orleans? All of these are easy to create and dramatically enhance the value of your product.

Follow-Up

Let's say your prospects sign up for a free two week course on southern cooking. They are then presented with an offer to buy the full product. If they haven't purchased it, they receive Another e-mail, but with a twist: this could be a reduced price, an added bonus, or the opportunity to pay in installments.

State a P.S.

Believe it or not, many people will scroll to the lowest of a sales page first. I do it all the time... Once I know I'm on a sales page, the first query that comes to mind is "How much?"

This is easily why you shouldn't list your price at the lowest of your sales letter. Instead, use a P.S., or just Another headline that reinforces your value proposition. Rather than request "How much?" they'll scroll up to learn more about your offer.

This sales letter example should help you craft a profitable sales letter in as minuscule as a week. Write a draft and sit on it for a few days so you can see it with fresh eyes.

Make Today Air Conditioner Appreciation Day!

Make Today Air Conditioner Appreciation Day!

I know what you are thinking: but, there is no such thing as Air Conditioner Appreciation Day! There could be, though. All you have to do is take a diminutive time to make sure your air conditioner is running properly. Why is this so important? Air conditioners do more than cool and dehumidify air. They also filter out the pollen in the air. Dust mites and mold hate the cool dry air so air conditioners dissuade them as well. They also discourage cockroaches because those diminutive critters hate the airflow an air conditioner provides. A poorly maintained air conditioner can spread airborne bacteria and allergens. It also can produce enough continued noise to cause hearing damage. It is also potentially hard on your wallet because it can consume more energy.

Now that we have covered the importance of air conditioning maintenance are you wondering where to start? Look no further than you air conditioner filter. The filter(s) on your air conditioner need to be replaced and/or cleaned regularly. Dirty filters sell out the efficiency of an air conditioner substantially because the dirt blocks the normal air flow. When the airflow is blocked, the air that bypasses the filter can carry dirt directly into the evaporator coil and impair heat tantalizing capacity of the coil. Remember how poorly maintained air conditioners consume more energy? Well, a clean filter lowers the consumption of vigor by 5-15%.

You may now be wondering where the filter is placed on your unit. If you have central air conditioning, the filter is placed somewhere along the distance of the return duct or in the air conditioner itself. If you have a room air conditioner, the filter is mounted in the grill that faces into the room. Some filters are reusable and need to be cleaned. Others are disposable and need to be replaced. While the cooling season you should clean or replace the filter(s) every month or two. If the air conditioner is in constant use, is branch to dusty conditions, or you have fur-bearing pets in the house, your ideas may need more frequent attention.

Another place to check on your motor is the coil. The coil and condenser coil collect dirt over the months and the years. One way to slow down the range of dirt on the coils is to make sure the filter is clean. If the coil is insulated by dirt, the ability to dispell heat is reduced. It is leading to check and clean the coil every year. You might also need to check the face coil (or condenser coil). You should check to see if dirt is collecting on its fins. Make sure you minimize the estimate of dirt and debris near the condenser unit and allow for enough air flow colse to the condenser as well. You should also make sure that foliage is trimmed at least two feet back from the coil.

To faultless your Air Conditioner Appreciation Day rituals, you should check the coil fins, condensate drains and window seals on your unit. Coil fins are easily bent and can block air flow straight through the unit. There is a tool that will comb the fins back into their traditional position called a fin comb. For the condensate drains, you should pass a stiff wire straight through the drain channels occasionally. This is leading because if the channels are clogged the unit is prevented from reducing humidity. This excess moisture in the air can cause discoloration of walls or carpet. If you have a room air conditioner, you should check the seal between the air conditioner and the window frame. The seal should make palpate with the metal case of the unit. The seal can be damaged by moisture which allows cool air to escape from your home.

Checking the filter, coil, coil fins, condensate drain and window seals on your air conditioner should faultless your observance of Air Conditioner Appreciation Day. What is that you say? You are upset that it is over so soon? Never fear. I doubt your air conditioner will mind if you make every day Air Conditioner Appreciation Day!

Ductless Split Air Conditioners - Easy factory

Ductless Split Air Conditioners - Easy factory

Ductless split air conditioners are a great speculation for many homeowners, and handy people who are familiar with electrical work can often do this type of reparation on their own. This is sometimes a difficult task though, so if you are not familiar with plumbing or electrical work you may want to hire a pro undertaker of a package deal to take care of this premise for you. Even if you are handy, you need to reconsider that they are very difficult to size and maintain, and if you make a mistake while installing ductless split air conditioners on your own, you may have to hire a pro to fix your mistakes anyway.

If you have made the decision to install ductless split air conditioners on your own, here are the uncomplicated steps that you will take to get your unit up and working in good order fairly simply and easily.

First and foremost, you will need to lay a pad on the ground of the home close to where you are going to do the installation. Then you will make sure the ground where it is laying is level, and then put the air conditioners condenser piece on top of that pad. Next, you will have to drill a hole through the home for the line of refrigerant to go through to the basement of your house. You are able to use a hole saw drill to do this. Make sure not to make the hole to large, but just large adequate to get the wires and hoses through to the other side which often resides in a basement (or sometimes on the covering of the home).

Next, you will want to stuff the line through the hole that you have created to get the hose to go through to your basement. You will need to open a space in the wall where you want the inside unit to go. The refrigerant line will have to be run from the condenser unit up to the room where the unit will be located. You will also need to run a drain line in to the room where the unit will be, this is typically a Pvc drainage line. You will next make sure you bring the electrical cables and wires that carry the electricity from the condenser into the room where your air conditioner will be. This is a tricky part and is best handled by a licensed electrician. It can be very perilous for man who is not a pro to effort this part of the installation.

Next, you want to check for the recommended height that was included in the data when you purchased the unit. These types of air conditioners typically reside up on a wall, so make sure you portion the permissible height for where it will sit. You will hang your air conditioner on a metal bracket that you will want to install at the height recommended in the paperwork.

Lastly, you have to connect the refrigerant line the Pvc drain piping and electrical wires. Again, this is best to be done by man who is a licensed electrician to avoid possible injury. You will then put the cover on the unit to cover the interior. Ductless split air conditioners can be an easy install for man with a background in plumbing or electrical skills, but otherwise, it is best to leave this to a pro to make sure it is installed properly and free of injury.
